Joelle is a natural. In Many ways she lives with a natural intelligence that comes before anything picked up by some teaching.
We all divide up our lives to the part that we're comfortable with and the part that we're not. That is our supposed "steering wheel" which hopefully functions once in a while to avoid pain and confusion.
Is it necessary?

Just before I posted this I wrote to Joelle, "I was listening to our talk later that afternoon on Wednesday the 23rd, and it was raining. Then the rain picked up quite strongly, and we started to take water in our basement studio.
In fact, everyone on our street had a flood. I was there on the spot, so I didn't loose any equipment which was strewn all around from our talk. Our electricity was off for 10 hours, but I have a generator, which I ran all night. (for the pumps not that I was computing???) We tore the basement apart and got it dried out in the next days, and just this evening I got the carpet re-installed."
Then she wrote to me: "About ten minutes after our talk, an intense storm came up, and a downdraft hit. Trees were downed, along with many power lines. Traffic was routed from the main road down my little side street, so it became a huge traffic snarl. I was without power for a day and a half! My goodness, we both felt the aftereffects of our connection. "
