Harbin in the winter is really Fun
What a great setting for a winter retreat. Cold starry nights after each session, we all went out to the hot springs.
This was 12 months before the NNH show number 18, the 1st show with Isaac. Three long sessions each day was a lot of sitting in one room. And this retreat was particularly electric as several people sort of "went ballistic". Some have said that the expressed anxiety got in the way of the 'message'. (Preconceptions, especially with Satsang.) It surely was the message.
I went to Harbin the following year in 2008. The energy of the retreat was completely different. (An aura of experts, carefully managing the 'energy'). Adya-ites asked about the "container of the retreat". Isaac responded "What the heck is that? That is a nice idea."
With these 5 satsangs I have suggested to take some time off on a weekend and take this retreat, as if you were there. |

What a beautiful satsang, in which people felt safe to open up to their inner most pain. I loved to see how Isaac and the group made space for that.
