1. 4:30 - 5:30 Thursday Channel 19,. Suburban Comcast, Elmhurst area (see list)
   Jeannie in August and Mooji in September
   
2. 6:30 - 7:30 Friday Channel 19,. Suburban Comcast, HIghland Park area (see list)
   Jeannie in August and Mooji in September
   
3. All of the city of Chicago is also Channel 19, but days and times are different each month:

We Have a four show mini-series with Jeff Foster that will be airing in Chicago in Dec 2008, until Jan 2009. Starting December 2nd at 5:00 pm, and for 8 Tuesdays in a row until Jan 20th

The same shows will repeat each Wednesday at Noon.
